왜 문제는 꼭 “잘 쓰고 있던 순간”에 터질까
컴퓨터든, 앱이든, 계정이든 이상하게도 문제는 아무 일 없던 날에는 안 생긴다.
업데이트 한 번, 설정 하나 건드린 뒤부터 갑자기 오류가 시작된다.
이건 운이 나빠서가 아니다. 구조의 문제다.
천문학에서 천체가 불안정해지는 순간은 명확하다.
중력이 많아질수록, 궤도는 복잡해진다.
IT 시스템에도 중력이 있다
시스템의 기본 상태는 단순하다.
처음 설치한 프로그램은 가볍고, 빠르고, 잘 돌아간다.
하지만 우리는 곧 더 많은 설정을 추가한다.
• 더 세밀한 옵션
• 더 많은 권한
• 더 많은 연동 계정
이때부터 시스템은 보이지 않는 질량을 얻는다.
겉보기엔 그대로지만, 내부 중력은 이미 커져 있다.
설정은 편의가 아니라 질량이다
설정 하나하나는 작아 보인다.
하지만 천문학에서는 작은 소행성 하나도 궤도를 흔들 수 있다.

설정이 많아질수록 시스템은 더 많은 계산을 해야 하고,

편리함을 위해 연결하지만,

우리는 오류가 생기면 이렇게 행동한다.

• 설정 초기화
이건 천문학에서 말하면 임시 추진력이다.
잠깐은 안정되는 것처럼 보이지만,
중력원이 그대로면 궤도는 다시 흔들린다.
근본 해결이 어려운 이유는
